Job Description
Brand Manager (80K-100K) (JO-180412-151668)
Work outline: Develop/monitor and implement the marketing plan of responsible products with respect, market segments, promotions and advertising, new product development and project management, as well as recommend the activities to the sales team in order to achieve marketing objective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage responsible achieve sales with A&P budget and market share targets
Co-ordinate with advertising agency to create competitive advantages for the responsible
Provide Pre and Post-event analysis for proper marketing activities
Work with advertising agency and Media / PR Agency to implement and monitor effective A&P spending-media, promotions, public relations and event marketing
Analyze sales turnover by channel ensuring accuracy information for superior
Review competitors’ strategies as well as competitive product tracking to update competitor information
Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check customer satisfaction, A&P impact and PG performance including shelf and shop decoration
Supervise, control and analyze product-related researches in both quantitative and qualitative forms and report to superior
Debrief training courses to concerning parties
Coach and train junior staffs under supervisor to ensure highest performance
Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing with 3 years’ work experience in Managerial position in an international company.
Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company- food business.
Strong Brand management and / or Sales knowledge (i.e. category / knowledge); plus basic finance knowledge, research knowledge, media tools and methodologies knowledge, cross-functional knowledge.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
Fluent in English skill speaking, reading, and writing.
