Job Description
Senior Sales Coordinator (20K-25K) (JO-180502-161194)
Work outline: To support sales staffs in various admin work (Chemical Department)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle for sales transaction such as issue PO, shipping documents, payment slip via SAP system
Prepare invoice and quotation
To work as back office staff to support business team member during their duty
To support and communication among partners and colleague
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator
Working experience in similar industry/business
Positive thinking, friendly and able to work under pressure
Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Good interpersonal skill and team player

Preferable:
Experienced of controlling stock is adv.

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:20 (Monday to Friday) Lunch time: 12:00 – 13:20
