Job Description
Legal Officer (30K-40K) (JO-180425-160853)
Work outline: assist team to oversee the legal aspects of business of affiliate companies by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and provide administrative support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Law
3 years of experience on legal field such as commercial contract, tax or compliance, and corporate related law, etc.

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
