Product Manager @Chonburi (50K-100K) (JO-180515-162241)
Work outline: Responsible for overall insulation product sales company, supervise team members and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and appoint suitable partners (agents, distributors) for the distribution/reselling of the product throughout the country.
Market analysis including competitors, pricing levels, supply and distribution channels and product positioning
Establish and execute marketing strategies for the establishment and growth of Thermo break insulation in the Thai market.
Directly promote Thermo break insulation to Consulting Engineers/Designers, contractor and owners in coordination with agents and distributors.
Conduct technical seminars, organize and participate in product related exhibitions(HVAC)
Preparation of marketing aids such as product brochures, advertising material, technical literature and product related information packages.
Identify and organize testing of the product to regional and national Standards.
Individual project tracking and follow up in coordination with distributors and agents.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions/distributors ; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products/
Manage personnel and development of sales and sales support staff.
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, male/female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in mechanical/Technical Engineering field.
Marketing professional with minimum 5 years hands on experience in HVAC & MEP markets
Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline. Previous experience in insulation will be highly regarded.
Ability to communicate with mechanical Consulting engineers and professionals at the highest technical level including technical seminars.
Personal and technical competence in conduction conduct presentations and seminars in English to various bodies including government organizations.
Multi-channel dealer/distributor management experience
Deliver to service level agreements including communication, response times, event management quality, marketing planning and campaign feedback
Excellent presentation skills, self-driven and results oriented
