Job Description
HR Manager (60K-90K) (JO-180515-162263)
Work outline: Responsible for overall HR function and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall function in HRM & HRD
Give advice and reinforce the company compliance with employment statues, rules and regulations
To guideline and support all training programs and/or development both internal and external the company
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Maintains employee benefits program and inform employee of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit program to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs
All HR programs and CSR activities with both short/long-term business objectives and action plans
Improve and design new HR system
Manage employee Welfare employee Relation & Disciplinary
Perform other tasks as assign
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male/female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in HR or related field
Experienced in overall HR functions in Managerial level
Working experience in Manufacturing
Good command in English
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Airport Link / Lat Krabang
Working Hour: 7:50-17:10 (2 break-time (10mins) per day, 9:50-10:00 & 15:00-15:10)
