Internal Support (1 year contract) (19K-32K)

Work outline: Responsible for providing technical supports to clients and also performing other functions as assigned, such as project etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide level support and talking with user to determine problems
Participate of information and operational support systems
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Liaise with vender and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
Experience 2-5 years
Experience in Network configuration
Experience in Windows server
Good command in English
Good interpersonal skill and able to coordinate with other teams and clients

Preferable:
Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution




Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable

Workplace Area: BTS Samrong
Working Hour: Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 12.00-21.00, Night shift: 21:00-9.00* (after05.30 is OT))
