Job Description
Inside Sales Coordinator (25K-30K) (JO-180516-162419)
Work outline: To support and Coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and com-medicating relevant information (making PO, Quotation and responsible for all delivery process)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and involved in both pre-sale and post-sale process
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents
Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed
Report month-end sales figures and activities to management
Plan and arrange delivery shipment
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-30 years
Bachelor’s Mechanical /Chemical Engineer
0-2 years’ experience in sales support function or relevant field
Good coordinating and negotiation skills
Computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of delivery process would be advantage
Ability to handle multi tasks

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: MRT sutthisan
Working Hour: 8.45 – 17.45 (Mon-Fri)
