Job Description
Project Leader (60K-75K) (JO-180523-162996)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure project is developed in time
Monitor progress/issue and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages
Manage team, solve problem both business and technical
Cooperate with customer, Project manager and team
Lead the design, planning and execution validation activities
Organize any necessary meetings to progress team work (weekly, daily, or ad-hoc as appropriate)

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years
Bachelor Degree
Experience of managing collaborative development projects with fixed deadlines
Java, Spring Boot framework (web application)
Knowledge in Agile development will be more advantage
Banking/Finance project experience
Track record of presenting to stakeholders, ability to understand their requirements and find pragmatic ways to meet their needs
Strong communications skills – verbal, written and presentation
An ability to work well with people from diverse background
Strong logic thinking
Preferable:
Agile development
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
