1) HR Development Facilitator & Coach
・Facilitate business training such as management, leadership for Thai staff.
・To develop business training for Japanese companies.
2) Organization / HR Consulting
・Design HR systems and HR operation consulting
・Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager
・Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients' expectations.
