<Job Responsibilities>
Accounting task
This company outsources basically accounting task to accounting firm.
Contacting to accounting firm and send the data to them
Maintain records on billing & collection status, payment, tax return
Journal voucher and submitting it to an accounting firm
To handle other tasks assigned
Administration task
Correspond to telephone call
Filling data and necessary information
Inventory control for stationary for office
Supporting Japanese expats for getting Visa and Work permit with vendor
Booking support for flight, rental cars, hotels for company members
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-33 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experience as an Accounting (1~2 years)
Ready to work for Administration task
Conversational skill of English (Internal communication)
Advanced level of Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experiences of both Accounting task and Administration task
Languages skills
