<Job Responsibilities>
Productivity
 Control attendance of subordinate
 Control of inspection tools used to check the quality of the output
 Collect the results of the production that there is a problem
 Review of manpower
Quality and Cost Control
 Part control, in-process, final INS, QA TMT audit
 Assign responsibilities and monitor the performance of the subordinates to meet the plan and standards
 Solve problems in each process
 Control limit sample
Management
 Set up plan for develop skills, knowledge, ability and subordinates
 Reviewing / assigning each skill level
 Evaluate the skill level of each job
 Individual mapping
 Measurement by testing and evaluation
 Quality system and safety



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 36-39 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field to industrial technology
 Must be able to communicate in English
 Must have 3-5 years in supervisory position
 At least 10 years of working experience in this field
 Good management skills
 Can work under high pressured.

Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Monday - Friday (Sat: once a month))
