<Job Responsibilities>
Act as Secretary to the Japanese Managing Director
Translate the business communication from Japanese language to Thai language and vice versa from Thai language to Japanese language
Prepare and issue the meeting invitation, and taking the minute of meeting.
Prepare the schedule of Japanese management to be signed off the company's necessary documents
Coordinate with concerned department for prioritize and schedule to meeting with the Japanese Management
Prepare the necessary things for greeting and welcome the company's guests.
Coordinate and participate as steering committee of company's activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, female, 21-30 years
Bachelor degree in Japanese language or related field.
0-3 years of working experiences
Japanese language proficiency test result N2 or above (Advanced conversational - high)
Good command in English (Advanced Conversation - Low)
Computer literacy (MS. office - Word / Excel / Power point)
Pleasant personality and good communicator
Willing to learn new things and have highly sense of service mind
Positive attitude, highly accountability and CAN DO attitude.
