Assistant Manager of Export and Operation (30K-50K) (SDG-25910)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage customer’s relationship with key export
Prepare quotation for export
Controlling all warehouses
Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment at Bangkok Port
Quotation control
Approve payment, cost sheet, billing invoice, credit note, requisition, purchase order, time sheet, etc.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues
Effectively communicate with various cross team members
Evaluation the performance of staffs and assign & job rotation staff & plan work in process in team.
Direct Customer Service with new and current customers.
Accomplish other job related duties as assigned from Director/MD.
Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service
Attend to meeting with customer outside office and support sales team.
Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy
Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct
Cost & Expenses control
Warehouse patrol for safety and advisory the correct for work procedure
Consider the necessity of equipment, materials and tools to support the operation team
Check safety rules and work procedure for safety work in work place
Analysis causes of accident, provide the corrective action and approve accident report
Propose solution report to customer and management
Develop plans or set goals to reduce expenses/costs in team
Free Zone warehouse operation control at Navanakorn & Packing supporting work i
Giving an advice to customer
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 27-40 years old
Bachelor's degree
5-8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or a similar function with an international freight management company.
Strong in customs clearance formalities process and rules, Harmonize code management.
People management skills, service mind and a good team player.
To take care overall of logistics transactions
To lead the logistics team including contact with Transportation Service Operation.
Able traveling to upcountry
Good command of English communication and presentations.
Good command of computer skill.
Owned car + Driving license
