Sales Manager (FMCG) (100K-120K) (SDG-26465)
<Job Responsibilities>
Establish the sales strategies to ensure achieve sales and company target.
Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales staff to build motivation and selling skill
Set individual sales target & commission plans for sales team
Negotiate trade term with buyers in order to generate profitable business for the company
Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue.
Monitor category and product performance versus targets at the customers, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective actions, as needed, to ensure achievement of business
Working closely with merchandising team to ensure promotion compliance and in-store execution excellence.
Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance
Maintain strong relationship with partner.
Control trade debtors
Identify new customers based on strategic/operational plan to expand business
Plan, manage, and control selling expenses to meet budget guidelines
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree
10 years’ experience in sales / key account management in FMCG business to Modern Trade or distributor channels
Experience in developing sales strategies and negotiating trade term in Modern trade channel
Experienced in team management with over 10 sub-ordinates
Has good connection in FMCG business
Good people management skill/ Good leadership skill
Keen to work with JP Company
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead sales team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
English proficiency
Good Command of MS Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or MBA graduate
