<Job Responsibilities>
Support for revision of personnel (HR) system
Creation of related documents such as HR system explanation and HR regulations
Operation support of Personnel evaluation, compensation calculation, promotion examination.
Recruitment work (Job offer, interview adjustment, conduct, result notification etc.
HRD work (planning of HRD program, in-house Human development for training, etc)



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experienced in HRM and HRD for 8-10 years
English at intermediate conversational level
HR work experience especially for the change of HR regulation or implementation of new regulation

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
HR system planning and operation
Recruitment and HRD of employee
Japanese language skill at intermediate conversational level(N3 up)

Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Amphur Nongkhae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
