HR&GA Officer(Japanese Speaking)(30K-60K)(SDG-25692)
<Job Responsibilities>
Process payroll,facilitating resolutions to payroll errors,reconciling benefits statements
Maintaining work calendars of employees includes ensuring time attendance,annual vacation,sick&relevant're tracked correctly
Maintain employee records(attendance,training data etc) regarding policy&legal requirements
Support the management of disciplinary&grievance issues
Review employment&working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Assist providing counselling on policies and procedures of a workflow(admin,sales,account, etc)
Support sales activities by assisting prepare the sales report, maintain sales record including reconciling sales amount between Account Department&Sales Dep
Creating&distributing documents including reviewing the suitability of documents
Making&arranging hotel reservation,limousine including air ticket for guests,business traveler&relevant
Be actively involved in maintaining employees’ benefits system by claim resolutions,reconciling benefits statements,&approving invoices for payment(Employee insurance,car maintenance,etc)
Processing incoming mail,report spam mail including support problem correspondent relevant to mail includes support maintaining computer system by changing backup tape
Review&extend service contract relevant to infrastructure&appliances of Company(Copy machine,office space rental,leasing,internet service etc.)
Be actively involved in communication by translating,interpreting,&coordinating between Japanese executive&local staffs
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions,posting ads&managing the hiring process
Responding to other requests relevant
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 24-45 years
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Studies or related field
At least one year of experience as an HR officer, General Administrator, or other related positions
Good command of English
Good command of Japanese (N3 up)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience of handling payroll tasks
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: MRT Silom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
