Receptionist (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (23K-30K) (SDG-26208)
<Job Responsibilities>
Receiving incoming call and give the necessary information to the customer
Welcome new customer and existing customer when they visit reception
Respond any requests from customer in professional way
Coordinate with sales team, engineer team, accounting team well in according to customer's inquiry
Record customer information in the report
Coordinate with facility engineer to solve the facility's problem quickly
Other task might be assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 21-30 years
Bachelor degree
Fresh graduates are also very welcome.
1 year working experience as receptionist in hospitality, customer service field.
Be able to commute to work by themselves
Able to communicate well in Japanese (no JLPT required)
Be able to work in night shift and also work on Sat-Sun
Have Good customer oriented mind and Hospitality mind

Working Hour: 5 or 6 day working depends on shifts
1st Shift: 8.30 - 17.00

3rd Shift: 22.00 - 8.00
