<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible to all function of HR & Admin department
In charge of planning Human Resource Development plan
In charge of controlling company rules and regulation
Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs, including salary calculation (plan in future around 100 persons)
Support HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll (PND1, PND91, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund), Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
Other task assigned by Manager
Workplace Area: BTS Ekamai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-26 years old
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years’ of experience in HR & Admin field
Welcome fresh graduate with internship experience under HR function
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Good personality
Good leadership skill (personality)
Good logical thinking skill
Good command of English
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Japanese communication will be a plus
Prefer candidate from leading university
