Sales Coordinator (Chemical 1) (17K-18K) (SDG-28806)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for existing business (import, export, domestic and off shore)
Proceed order from the customers, arrange delivery, Tax Invoice until getting payment
Create new business/trading as per budget/objective
Communicate with customer, supplier, colleague to contribute stake holders
Provide daily secretarial service
Input tax invoice, debit note and all expense into internal system in cutoff date
Issue Tax invoice
Coordinating between sales and accounting department
Support month end closing tasks
Other tasks assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-25 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Fresh Graduated is welcome
Experience in Trading or Logistic
Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, outlook)
Have a pleasant personality and have an ability to work well with people, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Japanese Company
TOEIC around 500 above
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
