<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare the contract for the sales team when they have a plan to meet the clients
Prepare invoice for the sales team when receive order
Prepare necessary documents for sales team every single time they are going to meet the clients such as brochures, price, etc.
Coordinates with other related department to ensure that everything running smoothly
Other Tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-25 years old
Bachelor degree
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Good command in English skill
Computer literate in Microsoft Office is a must
Excellent in communication and presentation
Polite, responsible and reliable
Can work under pressure with analytical and organizational skills
Outgoing and have service mind
