Sales Staff (Japanese Speaking) (30K-60K) (SDG-29602)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Deal with inquiry from clients and introduce the vacant tenant to them
 Search popular restaurant or shop and contact with them and introduce the tenants around mall
 Price negotiation with client
 Make a contract with client by getting approval from head office
 Follow up the clients which started the business and sometimes have to negotiate the rental fee
 Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years old
 Bachelor degree in any fields
 Advanced conversational high level of Japanese
 More than 1 year of working experience as sales co or sales in real estate industry
(Have knowledge of working process such as contract and taxes)
 Basic level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience as corporate sales


Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
