Sales Coordinator - Plastic Department (3-6 months contract) (22K-27K) (SDG-36353)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team workload if needed
Prepare report upon request from the manager
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-33 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator
Have knowledge and experience in Import and Export
Must be able to communicate in English (TOEIC 600 or above)
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Able to join immediately
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Basic understanding of SAP
Languages skills

Workplace Area Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday - Friday [Lunch break 12.00-13.20 hrs])
