Department Sales Manager (90K-120K) (SDG-36360)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitoring and follow up sales target and sales management
 Make a good relationship with dealers and visit from time to time
 Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
 Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team
 Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
 Recognize the problem and resolved to the satisfaction of the dealers
 Correct report sales by monthly by area by dealer and by model and help to monitoring
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 33-40 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Management or related field
 5 years’ experience in Sales Management with subordinates (Agricultural machinery, automotive industry or related field)
 Good command of English and computer literacy (Communication with JP management, report, contact with dealer/client)
 Holding car license
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
 Experience in Japanese company
 Have Agricultural knowledge

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30([Mon-Fri] <Saturday Working: Depends on company calendar >)
