Overseas Sales Coordinator (20K-25K) (SDG-36405)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales transaction data entry
Dealing and supporting inquiries from ASEAN countries
Corresponding with overseas customer on a regular basis
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to ASEAN countries
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team workload if needed
Prepare report upon request from the manager
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 24-27 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator dealing with overseas
Trading or freight forwarder company experience
Good communication of written and verbal in English for overseas coordination
Efficiency in Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Efficiency in Pivot, Vlookup
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
