HSE Coordinator (Based in Bangkok)

HSE Coordinator (30K-45K) (SDG-36464)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Updating the laws & requirements that concerns with Health, Safety and Environments (HSE) activities and check to confirm that all related operations, visitors and contractors concerning with Health, Safety and Environments (HSE) are complied with laws & regulations
 Implement and maintain the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Management System and ensure effectiveness of the system
 Advise on improvements to prevent safety problems/unsafe conditions in a workplace
 Coordinate each department including provision of training and review of work processes. Participate in relevant risk management activities
 Preparation and evaluation of the JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
 Assist in HSE Data collection and analysis including helping prepare the operational performance report of project to Top Management and the concerned governmental agencies
 Assist in conducting emergency evacuation drills for operation site
 Recommend purchases of HSE related equipment and maintain stock
 Participate in incident investigation teams for incident and near miss reports and keep register of incidents including coordinate any notification of major incidents and injuries. Ability to analyze and identify the root cause of the accidents or incoming situation


 Review EIA monitoring report and the reports of decommissioning activities
 Field site visits and audits and participate in public engagement activities as required
 Liaise/assist local government authorities, when requested to do so.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
 Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental law&safety
 Professional safety license holder
 3-5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
 Able to travel to operational sites in upcountry as business trip (offshore and onshore)
 English: Conversational high or above (communicate with Japanese)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 EIA experience and E&P business knowledge
 Having knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018
 Working in MNC or Japanese-MNC environment
