Sales Assistant (20K-28K) (SDG-36540)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for existing business (import, export, domestic and off shore)
Proceed order from the customers, arrange delivery, Tax Invoice until getting payment
Create new business/trading as per budget/objective
Communicate with customer, supplier, colleague to contribute stake holders
Provide daily secretarial service
Input tax invoice, debit note and all expense into internal system in cutoff date
Issue Tax invoice
Coordinating between sales and accounting department
Support month end closing tasks
Other tasks assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-28 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experiences in Sales Support/Coordinator for import/export
Good communicate & writing in English
Ability to use basic MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) E-Mail etc.
Able to work on Saturday-Sunday or/and long holiday
