Application Support Analyst (20K-60K) (SDG-36869)
<Job Responsibilities>
Provide professional service to support our clients for application-related problems
Analyst issues and able to provide suggestion to help our clients
Co-ordinate with development team both Thai and other country to digest issues
Testing application enhancements and co-ordination of user testing
Coordinate and manage the implementation plan and user acceptance test
Perform issues tracking and follow up
Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Able to communicate in English
Good communication, coordination and organization
Problem solving, analytical skill and ability to work within a team environment
Good interpersonal skills and service mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience on application or client support
Experience in stock trading, financial field
Experience in basic technical knowledge in relational database
Languages skills
