Legal Staff

Legal Staff (20K-25K) (SDG-36985)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Review and draft agreements & legal documents both in Thai and English
 Make the template of standard company agreement
 Provide legal opinion focusing on Business Law and Labour Law
 Check and ensure the company comply with law
 Monitor the updated laws and regulations
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-27 years old
 Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law
 Experience 1-2 years in legal field
 Strong knowledge and experience in agreement or contract review
 Good command of spoken and written English (have Toeic)
 Have lawyer license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to speak Japanese
 Come from Automotive field

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri )
