GA Manager

GA Manager (55K-60K) (SDG-37091)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Design and install integrated HR system and company rule
 Lead employees to follow company's regulation
 Attend a meeting of all branch in order to understand employee's need
 Oversee monthly running of the GA tasks for every branch (Silom, Suvarnabhumi, Chiang Mai and Eastern Seaboard)
 Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure dedicated workforce and meet organizational capabilities
 In charge of other GA task as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 38-43 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in any related field
 At least 8 years up experience in GA
 Some management experience with subordinate
 Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
 Good in negotiation
 Computer Literacy (MS. Office)

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
