<Job Responsibilities>
Supervise and control audit process of call follow up of in-house team and/or outsource team
Investigate complaint cases
Provide corrective measure and preventive measure to avoid customer complaint, ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations
Suggest new operation or modification the current operation to ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations and effectiveness of follow up
Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.
Set up annual audit operation for in-house team
Provide standard workflow of regular audit and annual audit
Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in collection, operation audit
Experience in handling issue relating to Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB)
Competent in English communication, both speaking and writing (Internal Communication)
Computer literature in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Good people management and team management
Good decision making and problem solving skills
Business process improvement skill
