Collection Strategy and Project Development (Assistant Manager-Manager) (55K-65K) (SDG-37182)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Initiate, perform, and manage development of projects, systems, and assignments to meet the target of result and schedule.
 Analyze data and propose strategies to improve the existing or develop new collection process, system modification, test procedures, or other assigned operations.
 Create and develop the reports according to the requirements of users and/or the management.
 Identify process improvement opportunities and develop or enhance tools to assist in the work deliverable
 Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
 At least 5 years working experience that relate to Data Analysis, Risk Management, Project development or background in Financial or Bank industry
 Experience of data analysis to improve collection process in order to meet team target/ develop operation system by analyses collection data using MIS / development strategy
 Experience of Manage team
 Good communication and negotiation skill
 Good command of English (Internal Communication)
 Computer literature in Microsoft Office (Especially excel)
 Spirit of team work and commitment
