Director of Sales (Real Estate) (80K-150K) (SDG-37200)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop and implements the sales plan and strategy for the market tat ensures attainment of all revenue and profitability objectives
Manages sales operational expense and other costs to insure profitability targets are met
Well-developed interpersonal impact and influencing skills to manage external and internal stakeholders
Provides timely reporting to senior management regarding sales, marketing and business activities
Oversees and manages team of international sellers and service support agents to penetrate target international markets and maximize productivity
Works with other members of the leadership team in an effective manner to ensure overall profit center performance
Advise customers on market conditions, tend prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Develops and leads the sales segment to achieve financial goals
Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicate
Builds and strengthens relationship with customers and utilize network connection to generate new sales leads to the company
Manages and delivers all related sales performance
Assists sales team members in preparation of their proposals and presentations
Prepares and executes action for the identification of sales leads and new prospects
Ensures that the sales team members meet or exceed all activity standard for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, revenue generation and margin. Implement the target and report system to monitor the sales productivity
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
At least 8 years working experience in sales/ marketing in property development industry
At least 5 years working experience as management level
Proven experience as head of sales, projects selling, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Able to communicate in English effectively
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong in sales and marketing management as well as team management at both the strategic and operational levels as well as proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
Creative thinking, good in negotiation skills, planning and flexible/adaptable.
Able to work under pressure
