<Job Responsibilities>
Handle call receiver, provide basic information and coordinating with clients or outside contact.
Give an advice about company products and also company credit/loan service.
Handle clients' complaint and provide good solution to clients
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year experience as customer service in finance related business
Good command of English Language
Service minded with great communication, coordination skills and able to work under pressure
Good command of MS Office
