HR Consultant (60K-70K) (SDG-37345)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Analyze salary structure
 Evaluate career path
 Create proper organization chart including new structure
 Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
 Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
 Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
 Assist in the development and integration of policies
 Other tasks assigned by Manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any field
 5 years of experience of HR Consultant especially Organization Consultant
 Able to communicate in English
 Able to analyze situation with an idea

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 None

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(7:30 - 9:00 (flexible time) and count 9 hrs.)
