<Job Responsibilities>
 Mainly test course of major auto-mobile company
 Negotiation with clients to get new projects and after sales
 Making site construction plan
 Construction process management
 Project construction process and facilities control
 Supervising construction management
 Schedule management
 Deal with inquires of clients
 Other task assigned by Japanese manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related fields
 At least 5 years of experience as a construction management ( Civil Engineer)
 Conversation level of English
 Must have own car or motor bike
 Be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (When company has project)
 Be able to relocate anywhere
 High communication skill
 AutoCAD (3D) skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Ratchada, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun（depends on a project, OT))
