Recruitment Division Manager (30K-45K) (SDG-37383)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for all recruitment and selection activity (such as resume screening, interviewing, etc.) to support company’s manpower
Mass Recruitment ( from staff - management level)
Prepared job announcement and published on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally accuracy and appropriately
Screen and interview qualified candidates for job positions as assignment till recommendation placement of candidate by working with the line managers in order to ensure recruiting the best candidate
Register and collect all new staffs' data/ resigned staff
Conduct an employee orientation
Prepare the necessary document for probationary period.
Visit employee (branches) to ensure the relevance and compliance of company regulation
Summarize monthly recruitment report
Manage and control the number of employee
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
At least 2 years' experience in recruitment function
Able to travel to visit other centers
Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Good communication skills
Proactive, responsive and resourceful
The ability to work under pressure
