System Engineer (Infrastructure)

System Engineer (Infrastructure) (19K-35K) (SDG-37283)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Troubleshoot Cloud Infrastructure (Web server, Database server, Network system, Security and other services on Cloud) or system issue also create incident report and follow-up issues by coordinating to customer and related support team (both in Thailand and Global support)
 Identify and determine user requirement and design cloud best practices
 Design infrastructure and implement system on Cloud platform
 Overlook application development and deployment.
 Evaluate requirement and create flows and scenario.
 Build test cases to ensure quality of application.
 Troubleshoot system issues by coordinate with customer and support team



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 26-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
 At least 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
 Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating system or Linux system
 Knowledge of network system and network security
 Office Tools : MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point
 Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded
 Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
 Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
 Knowledge of mobile application development
 Communication: Intermediate in English Speaking / Writing / Listening, Japanese

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat, depend on company's calendar )
