Factory Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Rayong (50K-70K) (SDG-37730)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Be responsible for production control and QAQC, and supporting for Japanese factory manager
 Conduct measures in according to the plan and controlling process and product quality assurance
 Manage work procedure, execution plan and monitor day to day progress
 Reporting to Japanese management
 Control production plan, manpower planning and production capacity management
 Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA to prevent that problem and coordinate with Japanese factory manager
 Provide staff training
 Be responsible for production quality and on-time shipping
 Maintain machine and equipment in production line
 Manage safety of factory
 Manage product cost / implement cost reduction activities and manage budget
 Other tasks might be assigned depending on experience such as production planning, stock control

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 36-44 years old
 Bachelor's degree in engineering field
 Conversational level of Japanese (N3)
 Basic level of English
 At least 5 years’ experience in Japanese manufacturing company as engineer dealing with PC, QA/QC
 At least 1 year management experience

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Business level of Japanese (N2)
 Conversational level of English
 Having experience of production planning, stock control




Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: Conversational Level



Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri *No Saturday working, but depend on production situation)
