Sales and Marketing Director (100K-180K) (SDG-37667)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and responsible for sales budget, margin and net profit according to the company target
 Manage sales and marketing team to ensure they are the right track to achieve the objective
 Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target, margin, budget and net profit
 Do annual sales forecast for factory department to prepare the investment and manpower
 Set sales and marketing KPI to manage activity within the team
 Develop and Train sales and marketing team on the skill that they need and give advice
 Management of a cross functional marketing team while working in partnership with other function
 Maintain the existing customers and expand more business with existing customers



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 37-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or master degree in Marketing,MBA and other relevant fields
 Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales and marketing field
 At least 5 years of team management experience
 Able to travel for overseas business trip
 Strong analytical process/thinking both in quantitative and in qualitative
 Very good command of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experienced from Cosmetics, Food, or Pharmacy Manufacturing is preferred
 Strong leadership, analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
