Human Resources Manager (45K-55K) (SDG-37668)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
 Manage recruitment needs, interview programs, counseling managers on candidate selection. Knowledge in HRMS/HRIS will be an advantage.
 Recruit and issue contracts for freelancers and contractors for the company’s department needs.
 Experienced in conducting and analyzing exit interviews and can rationalize the pros and cons of the necessary changes needed for the company.
 Develop and implement the company’s HR strategies, systems, policies and procedures and has a strong background about employees’ compensation and benefits packages..
 Work closely with Payroll & Accounting Team to maintain staff compensation and benefits. And is knowledgeable about reviewing commission and overtime.
 Create Job Description for the company’s new hiring needs and construct a probation training and evaluation program for the current and new employees.
 Assist with recruiter and management recruitment process for local and brance hires



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-34 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
 Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
 Knowledge of local labor regulations.
 Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
 Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in a start-up company would be an advantage.

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri, Flexible working hours (40 hours per week))
