<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for executing sales activity to increase sales
 Accompany the sales as an assistant of the president and make business negotiations
 Proposal for construction and production of factories, warehouses and related equipment
 Customers are 100% Japanese companies, many of which are large companies.
 At first, you will learn the work while assisting MD who is into mainly sales, but eventually you will be left alone as a sales
 Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 Advanced conversational level of English
 Working experience as Sales for Five years in construction industry
 Must have own car and driving license
 Preferable personality: lively, proactive, understanding
 Stable Career (One company - At least working for three years

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Sales of construction for Warehouse, Manufacturing plant (Not commercial building)
 Japanese Language Skill
 Bachelor from Civil Engineering
 CAD knowledge

English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: every other Saturday (8:30~12:00) >)
