<Job Responsibilities>
Supervise and also coach and give suggestion for good solution to subordinate
Handle call receiver, provide information and coordinating with clients or outside contact.
Give an advice about company products and also company credit/loan service.
Handle clients' complaint and provide good solution to clients
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Male/Female, age 37-45 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years’ experience as management level as customer service or call center in finance related business
Good command of English Language
Service minded with great communication, coordination skills and able to work under pressure
Good command of MS Office
