IT Officer (Infrastructure & Network) (45K-60K) (SDG-37992)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Run daily report twice time per day
 Exchange server: taking care of users' account
 Active directory server: Control user ID
 Perform the document process for user registration and jeep the document into folder
 Solving the LAN/PC/Notebook problem by cooperation with IT main support vendor
 Assist to IT manager to control the IT asset and also perform the inventory check by regular basis
 Assist to IT manager to prepare periodic report (Annual or monthly or weekly)
 General IT support, trouble shooting, installation for PC and other IT equipment
 Give advice about Microsoft Officer Usage/ resolve the problem for the users
 Documentation support such as filing, the policy update support, the user manual updating, the internal approval documentation
 Assist to IT manager to control IT vendor including the incident escalation to IT main support vendor
 Perform other tasks as assigned by IT manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 At least 4 years working experience as IT infrastructure
 Able to communicate in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in financial company
 Able to communicate in Japanese

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
