Marketing Manager (80K-100K) (SDG-38062)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Preparing & monitoring monthly and annual advertising budget & media plans
 Consistently monitoring, evaluating and recommend choice of promotion and advertising media
 To deal with advertising agency to implement such successful marketing plan & activities
 Continuously monitoring competition both direct and indirect and competitor activity to minimize the impact on assigned brand
 Carrying out market visit countrywide consistently and meaningfully to develop consumer and trade
 Proposing, planning & implementing promotional deals with the various channel in conjunction with sales team
 Negotiating with the buyers of leading store in term of channel distributions site or store promotion and special event
 Working with sales team to develop sales targets, monitor and analysis to achieve company business plan
 To coordinate & product selection with company Group to develop a new item to be launched in Thai market
 Conducting research to study market preference upon product and other attributes including brand communication



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female , age 36-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or Higher in Marketing or any related fields
 At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing Experience in FMCG products
 Computer literacy (MS office)
 Good command in English
 Good communication and interpersonal skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Ability to self manage,multi task and communication effectively within the team as well as with external agencies
 Individuals Problem solving skills, analytical and attention to detail
