Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager @ Songkla (50K-75K) (SDG-37906)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To lead a team in Maintenance Department
 Preventive maintenance jobs, reduce brake down jobs, spare part and projects
 To implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
 To coordinate with Production department and other departments to minimize downtime and other develop to increase efficiency and assist production department by identify self-maintenance plan
 To plan and follow up in case of machine breakdown by estimate downtime, manpower, action taken plan
 Follow up department KPI and subordinate KPI to support company KPI
 To conduct PM yearly plan with subordination and other departments and developments
 To coordinate with other operation to design and modify machine and equipment to increase efficiency and safety
 To analyze all machine problem and PM analysis with subordination and other departments
 To analyze and evaluation of maintenance performance and propose to supervisor and concern
 To plan and control maintenance cost and budget line to minimize and monitor budgeted expenses
 To plan manpower headcount control and follow up training matrix by individual
 To perform and evaluate the performance of subordinate in every 6 month and yearly, then summary the evaluated result to review with commander for annual salary review and plan for improve in future



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, electrical engineer
 7-10 years in relevant mechanical engineering
 3 years in Engineering Management position
 Knowledge in PM and TPM
 Able to work extra time and other province / location
 English: Conversational
