Architect (Factory Construction) (28K-38K) (SDG-38243)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Work closely with the team to develop architectural solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation.
 Coordinate with concerned parties in order to prepare the architectural drawing in accordance with requirements, criteria and architecture standard
 Attending design coordination meetings
 Inspecting architectural works (on-site as assigned)
 Work at construction site occasionally
 Project Location: Amata City Chonburi, Rayong, Industrial Estate; Bang Pli, Bang Poo, Well Grow and etc. (To be confirmed)



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 28 – 35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Architect or related field
 At least 3 years of experience in architectural function of construction
 Holding Professional Architect License
 Capability of AutoCAD and/or related program such as Sketch Up, 3D Max
 Willing to work at a construction site occasionally such as Amata City Chonburi, Rayong, Industrial Estate; Bang Pli, Bang Poo, Well Grow and etc. (as assigned)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experienced in factory construction

Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: 08.00-12.00))
