Operation Director (FW-Market Research) (80K-100K) (SDG-38391)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage Filed work operation in order to collect data
 Manage subordinates (senior FW staff and junior FW staff) and　external contractor
 Work closely with internal Research team with taking ownership and accountability for the assigned work
 Helping with the planning and implementation of research projects, day to day project management
 Manage and control revenue
 Control internal compliance of especially cash flow
 Report to Thai Research Head or Japanese Head
 Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 42 – 50 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 At least 20 years' field work experience for data collection in a research agency
 Business level of English (verbally & written)
 Experience of management for more than 5 years
 Has strong project management skills and proactive communication skills and internal team

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday working ; Basically none however depends on project [Fx>Survey at Event ] / Alternative holiday is available))
