Admin Staff (Japanese Speaking) (20K-40K) (SDG-38472)
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Accounting Task
- Prepare Accounting Documents for Monthly closing to Accounting Outsourcing Company
- Issue Receive/Payment Voucher etc.
- Check Bank Balance, Control and Make Payment via Cheque/Wire Transfer
- Petty Cash Control and Reimbursement Requested from Employees
- Stock Control
- Check accounting documents
- File tax report to Revenue Department
- Payroll
- Prepare accounting documents for auditor’s reviewing.
- Any tasks concerning with Social Security Office/The Revenue Department/Immigration
2. Sales Support Task
- Issuing Quotation/ PO/ Invoice/Tax invoice/Receipt
- Follow up shipment and delivery date with Japanese Supplier (Japan-Thailand)
- Get inquiry from customer and Coordinate with sales team (Japanese-Thai)
- Follow payment from customer and also payment to supplier
- Check and Fill-in Sales record for monthly sale report.
- Make documents to support Sales team like sales contract.
3. Secretary / General Affair Task
- Booking hotel/ air-ticket/ rental-car / restaurant
- Arrange & Schedule Company’s car/meeting room
- Assist Japanese Executive Level & Thai Staff for personal requests ex. finding residence
- Interpret and translate from time to time
- Control Visa / WP of Japanese Executive
4. Other Tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 22-28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
(Welcome for Fresh Graduate from Accountancy, Business Administration or Economic OR)
Experience at least 2 years in Admin, Sales Support, Sales, Secretary , Interpreter, HR or Accountant field
Good command in English for email, report writing, document tasks (TOEIC score 600 or above)
Good command in Japanese for Internal-External communicate (At least JLPT N3)
Able to work in motivated atmosphere
Interested in accounting job/ routine work/ and detailed work
Eager to learn new things
Can handle various tasks at a time
Good computer skills (MS Office)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience in administrator in Japanese company
Having experience of studying in Japan (Jasso, MEXT) is an asset
