<Job Responsibilities>
Provide general support/solution/suggestion to customers
To be first stop to receive requirements/complaints and other product-related
Working and coordinating with Production and Technical Team to ensure customers' request completely delivered
To consistently perform with a high level of quality and speed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
1 year of experience/part-time/intern in customer support/service/call center/help desk
Able to work as shift (day shift/night shift)
English : Conversational
