<Job Responsibilities>
Issue related documents such as invoices, tax invoice, PO and withholding tax, etc.
Check the status of accounts receivable
Take care of payments
Input accounting data into the system
Communicate with accounting firms
General admin tasks at the office
Interpret between Japanese and Thai
Other tasks assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 22-28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Business level of Japanese (speaking, reading) <*Need to interpret>
Good computer skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High communication skill
Have self-motivated personality
Can work long term
